Information about requested and reserved books is shown in the Personal Account in the “Requests” tab. Please note that requests for journals and magazines are not shown in the Personal Account. Requesting materials from the digital versions of the card catalog 1. Find the necessary document in the digital version of card catalogue. 2. Press the “Request” button in the top right part of the screen and carefully fill in all the forms. 3. Press the “Request” button under the card. 4. To request multiple items, you can use the shopping cart (top right of the screen). To do so, press the “Plus” button under the card.
Reserving books in the electronic catalog - Electronic request for a book that is currently checked out to another reader is automatically moved into a queue (reserved). - Information about reserved books is shown in the electronic catalog (Personal Account, “Requests” tab). -After being returned, the book is kept in its department for 7 days (Circulation Desk or Professors Reading Room) under the name of the reader who reserved the book. - Notification about the availability of the book is emailed. To receive such notifications, you need to leave your email at the Reader Registration Service or at the Circulation Desk. You can also change or add your contact information in the Personal Account (“Contacts” tab).
