The International Resource Center is a subdivision of the Service Department. The IRC includes English Reading Room, German Reading Room and French Reading Room.

IRC objectives:

• to provide access to the printed and electronic/online information resources in foreign languages
• to develop and support multicultural and multilingual environment on campus

 German Reading room

The German Reading Room was opened in November 1993 under the support of the Goethe Institute (Munich). Its stock comprises reference books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, books on various subject areas, magazines, audio materials and films from Germany.

English Reading Room

The reading room holds academic books classified by subject areas, study guides, reference books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, fiction books in English.

French Reading Room

The French Reading Room was set up in 2020 under the agreement of NR TSU accession to the Francophonie linguistic network (RLF) of the embassy of France in Russia. The French Reading Room activities aim to popularize the French language and culture, and promote educational programs in France.
